Was kommt auf Dich zu?

Unterstützung bei logistischen Prozessoptimierungs- und Kosteneinsparungsprojekten (innerhalb der Beschaffungs- und Distributionslogistik)
Auf- und Vorbereitung von Potentialanalysen bei unseren Kunden zur Identifizierung von Optimierungsbedarfen
Unterstützung beim internationalen Frachtleistungseinkauf aller Verkehrsträger (insbesondere Road) und bei der Verhandlung der Kontrakte
Durchführung des Tender Managements mit elektronischen Ausschreibungstools sowie Vorbereitung von Direktverhandlungen
Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Massendaten
Ausarbeitung von RFQ’s (Request for Quotations), SOP’s (Standard Operational Procedures) und Unterstützung bei operativen Implementierungen
Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkten in Transport und Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erfahrung im Einkauf logistischer Dienstleistungen oder im Tender Management (>2 Jahre)
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel und Powerpoint)
Erste Kenntnisse in Frachtausschreibungstools, insbesondere Ticontract wünschenswert
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Hands-on Mentalität
Eine gute Portion Humor

What's coming up for you?

Support in logistic process optimization and cost saving projects (within procurement and distribution logistics)
Preparation of potential analyses at our customers to identify optimization needs
Support in international freight purchasing for all modes of transport (especially road) and in negotiating contracts
Execution of tender management with electronic tendering tools as well as preparation of direct negotiations
Preparation and evaluation of mass data
Preparation of RFQ's (Request for Quotations), SOP's (Standard Operational Procedures) and support in operational implementations
Preparation of customer presentations

What should you bring with you?

Completed studies with a focus on transport and logistics or comparable training
Experience in purchasing logistic services or in tender management (>2 years)
Very good MS Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint)
First knowledge in freight tender tools, especially Ticontract desirable
Good written and spoken English
Independence, readiness for action and a distinctive ability to work in a team
Hands-on mentality
A good sense of humor
