- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Einkaufsstrategie
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Lieferfähigkeit und Kostenoptimierung entlang der Supply Chain
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Einkaufsteams
- Aufbau, Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Lieferanten
- Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten sowie Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktion bei Neuprojekten

Was kommt auf Dich zu?
Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Kunststofftechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im direkten Einkauf, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kunststoffe, Spritzguss oder technische Komponenten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kunststoffmarkt (Materialien, Lieferantenstrukturen, Preisentwicklungen)
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktion, insbesondere in Bezug auf Werkzeuge und Materialien
- Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke
- Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
